Shipping Policy / Refund Policy


Hours Of Operation:
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 10am to 3pm EST, excluding Sundays and major holidays.

Order Processing:
Processing times are typically 10 business days.  During a major release or sale, these processing times may exceed 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your shipping label may be printed a few days before it actually ships.  That allows me time to create your beautiful colors for you and get them packaged up. 

*****I make at least one bulk drop off to USPS per week but may make more drop offs within the week if I am able. This is due to health issues with my significant other.  Join our Facebook group to stay up to date with all current processing times.*****

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of the order and shipping address.

Shipping speeds reflect the time the postal carrier takes to deliver your order, and does not include the processing times mentioned above.  

International Shipping:
Polish'd Glam currently offers international shipping!

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us so that we can look into this issue.

Polish'd Glam is not responsible for any taxes and import duty fees that may incur. Please plan accordingly when placing orders.

Lost Mail:
Polish'd Glam cannot control what happens to a package once it has been turned over to USPS.

It is possible for packages to be delayed beyond their expected delivery date. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local post office and submit a claim if a package has not moved in 7 business days or was delivered to the wrong address. 

Polish'd Glam is not responsible for packages lost in transit or missing mail that has been marked as delivered.  We cannot submit claims on a customers behalf. Please contact your local USPS to file a lost mail claim.

If your package has been in transit for over 30 days, please contact me on the facebook business page.


**** Orders CANNOT be canceled, combined, or changed once they are placed regardless of their fulfilment status  Please keep that in mind when shopping. ****

If, for any reason, you have issues with your order, please contact us at and we will be happy to assist you. Please include your order number in your message.  For processing/shipping questions, please first refer to our shipping policy.

We will happily replace any products damaged during shipping, if you contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Due to safety standards, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our products.
